Underarm to underarm: 29" flat (this jacket is well insulated, so that the interior measurement will be slightly smaller).
Back length: 27"
Sleeve from middle of back to end of cuff: 36". This jacket does not feature a shoulder seam. Please measure the sleeve length with your arm straight out, perpendicular to your body, from the spine at the base of your neck to the end of your wrist.
